We are currently shipping only on Thursdays. If we receive your order by noon EST on Wednesday, we should get it shipped Thursday, unless it needs a proof.

We typically ship within 3-5 days. During holidays and peak times, it could be a little longer. Requesting a proof may also delay shipment.

We can create custom mattes and items for you. Anything you can think up, we can do it!

5. We make your item & ship.
6. You receive your item.
7. Add your pictures to the frame.

Yes, each of our mattes comes with a frame (customized matte, frame, glass and back with hanger and/or easel depending on the size of frame) to easily display on a wall, mantel, shelf, etc.

Each piece of oak is stained with a clear finish to bring out the beauty of the wood.

Our mattes are only oak. Painting them either leaves a residue that's very difficult to get off if painted before engraving/cutting or fills in the engraved parts if painted afterwards.

We recommend using masking tape to secure any photos to the insert.

Using a computer, each matte is carefully designed to meet your needs and wants, then laser engraved/cut from a piece of oak plywood.
